Our special place...
The Preserve on Sinclair is the 300-acre private estate of James and Blayne Alexander Bailey. Over 8,000 feet of secluded water frontage on beautiful Lake Sinclair and along the winding Crooked Creek. The Preserve boasts acres of untouched tall pine and hardwood forest, stately natural granite outcroppings and a breathtaking 30-acre sunset cove bordering Crooked Creek with some of the best fishing in Putnam County.
A magical sanctuary for wildlife, home to deer, turkey, quail and doves, blue herons, ducks and great egrets, mallards, geese and even a pair of majestic mated bald eagles.
Just 80 miles east of their home in Atlanta, Georgia, The Preserve has become a place of solitude and deep reflection, a peaceful refuge, where all stresses simply melt away under a canopy of red, gold and green leaves.
A legacy property and protected habitat that will honor the beauty of nature and give future generations the opportunity to experience it
the way God intended.
